How it works - My Tent Parties

BEFORE THE EVENT

  1. Pick your date 
  2. Pick your package & theme
  3. Fill out the order form with all your details
  4. Once order form is received, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the details and/or ask for any additional information we might need.
  5. Once everything is agreed upon, we will send you a request for Full Prepayment plus the $200 deposit. The $200 deposit will be returned to you after the rental equipment has been picked up in original condition after the event

  1. A few days before the event, we will re-confirm your set up time.
  2. Please move any furniture from the set up area.
  3. We need approximately 3ft x 6ft for each tent.
  4. Please email or text us a picture of the set up area for planning purposes

  1. We will arrive at your home 3-4 hours before your party to set up.
  2. Setup takes approximately 2-3 hours depending on the size of the party.
  3. The sleepover area needs to be clear of furniture and ready to be set up.
  4. Our pillows are only decorative, we please ask that the guests bring their own sleeping pillows (for sanitary reasons).
  5. Once everything is set up, we will confirm a pick up time the next day.

  1. All bedding, pillow covers  and tent covers are thouroughly inspected and fully cleaned and sanitized using hypoallergenic, dye-free detergent after every use. Mattresses, cushions, and other decorative items are disinfected and spot cleaned after every use.
  2. Please check that your guests are not feeling sick or have had contact with someone who has COVID leading up to your event.  
  3. Please do not allow Food & Drink in the sleepover area. You will be billed for any damages, stains or missing items.
  4. We do not service Smoking homes.
  5. If your home has pets, please secure them and please do not allow them in the set up area.
  6. No animals are allowed on the bedding due to allergy concerns.
  7. We recommend booking at least 4 weeks out as dates and quantities are limited.
