How it works - My Tent Parties

1. Pick your tent sleepover date 
2. Pick your teepee sleepover package & theme
3. Fill out the order form with all your details
4. Once order form is received, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the details and/or ask for any additional information we might need.
5. Once everything is agreed upon, we will send you a request for a 50% deposit plus a $100 damage fee deposit. The $100 deposit will be returned to you after the rental equipment has been picked up in original condition after the event 

1. A few days before the event, we will confirm your set up time.
2. Please move any furniture from the set up area.
3. If you have shedding dogs, please vacuum party set up area ahead of time
4. We need approximately 4ft x 6ft for each tent for a twin size mattress.
5. We currently offer single size mattresses for smaller spaces, space needed 3ftx6ft. please indicate on your order form.
6. Please email or text us a picture of the set up area for planning purposes

1. We will arrive at your home 3-4 hours before your party to set up.
2. Setup takes approximately 2-3 hours depending on the size of the party.
3. The sleepover area needs to be clear of furniture, vaccumed and ready to be set up.
4. Please secure any pets from set up area.
5. Our pillows are only decorative, we please ask that the guests bring their own sleeping pillows (for sanitary reasons).
6. Once everything is set up, we will confirm a pick up time the next day.

Make Memories, Create Magic & Enjoy the Celebrations

1. All bedding, pillow covers  and tent covers are thouroughly inspected and fully cleaned and sanitized using hypoallergenic, dye-free detergent after every use. Mattresses, cushions, and other decorative items are disinfected and spot cleaned after every use.
2. You will be billed for any damages, stains or missing items.
3. We do not service Smoking homes.
4. If your home has pets, please secure them and please do not allow them in the set up area.
5. Animals are not allowed on the bedding due to allergy concerns.
6. We recommend booking at least 4 weeks out as dates and quantities are limited.
