About Us - My Tent Parties

My Tent Parties, LLC is a woman-owned children’s event company based in Northern Virginia, proudly serving families across the DMV area, including Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington, and surrounding communities.

We specialize in luxury teepee sleepover party rentals and themed children’s party experiences, creating unforgettable celebrations right in the comfort of your home.

We provide a full-service party experience, including theme selection, professional setup, styling, and cleanup, allowing parents to enjoy a completely stress-free event.

All Tent Party packages include:

Tent, Fairy lights, Mattress, Mattress Sheets, Throw Blanket, Decorative themed pillows, Plush Bed Decor, Bed Tray, Tray liner, Tray Centerpieces, Lantern, Battery Votives, Decorative Tassels, Name Plates, Bday Graphic Frame, Balloons.

**If anyone in your party has a latex allergy please let us know in advance**

We set up teepee parties for 3-24 kids.

$398 for the first 3 tents,

each additional tent $99 per tent

3 tent minimum per party.

3 Tents: $398

4 Tents: $497

5 Tents: $596

We can set up 3 up to 24 tents

Set up and Take down included in the pricing. All parties and packages include balloons.

All our mattresses are inflatable, and can offer twin size or single size for smaller spaces.

All Packages are subject to 6% VA Tax.

Delivery Fees are additional based on mileage.

50% deposit is required to hold the date. We also ask for a $100 additional damage deposit which will be returned to you once all items are picked up and returned in original condition after the party.

Remaining Balance due 14 days prior to event.

No refunds or adjustments for dropped tents after 14 days prior to party date

Custom Tent Party Themes additional $150

Optional Add on: Yard Sign rental from My Yard Greetings for an additional at $130

How it works - My Tent Parties

BEFORE THE EVENT

WEEK OF THE EVENT

Pick your tent sleepover party date
Pick your teepee sleepover package & theme
Fill out the order form with all your details
Once the order form is received, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the details and/or ask for any additional information we might need.
Once everything is agreed upon, we will send you a request for a 50% deposit plus a $100 refundable damage deposit. The $100 Deposit will be returned to you after the rental equipment has been picked up in original condition after the event

WEEK OF THE EVENT

A few days before the party, we will confirm your set up time.
Please move any furniture from the set up area.
If you have shedding dogs, please vacuum party set up area ahead of time
We need approximately 4ft x 6ft for each party tent for a twin size mattress
We currently offer single size mattresses for smaller spaces, space needed 3ftx6ft. please indicate on your order form.
Please email or text us a picture of the set up party area for planning purposes

DAY OF EVENT

We will arrive at your home 3-4 hours before your party to set up.

Setup takes approximately 2-3 hours depending on the size of the party.
The sleepover area needs to be clear of furniture , vacuumed and ready to be set up.
please secure any pets from set up area.
Our pillows are only decorative, we please ask that the guests bring their own sleeping pillows (for sanitary reasons).
Once everything is set up, we will confirm a pick up time the next day.

FEW NOTES

DAY OF EVENT

All bedding, pillow covers and tent covers are thouroughly inspected and fully cleaned and sanitized using hypoallergenic, dye-free detergent after every use. Mattresses, cushions, and other decorative items are disinfected and spot cleaned after every use.
You will be billed for any damages, stains or missing items.
We do not service Smoking homes.
If your home has pets, please secure them and please do not allow them in the set up area.
Animals are not allowed on the bedding due to allergy concerns.
We recommend booking at least 4 weeks out as dates and quantities are limited.
