"My Tent Parties" is an added service to "My Yard Greetings", one of the top Yard Celebration Signs in Fairfax County. We are a woman owned local company based in Fairfax County, Northern Virginia, specializing in organizing unforgettable Tent Sleepover Parties.

Tent, Fairy lights, Mattress, Mattress Sheets, Throw Blanket, Decorative themed pillows, Plush Bed Decor, Bed Tray, Tray liner, Tray Centerpieces, Lantern, Battery Votives, Decorative Tassels, Name Plates, Bday Graphic Frame, Balloons.

**If anyone in your party has a latex allergy please let us know in advance**

We set up teepee parties for 2-20 kids.

$250 for the first 2 tents,

each additional tent $95 per tent

2 tent minimum per party.

2 Tents: $250

3 Tents: $345

4 Tents: $440

5 Tents: $535

6 Tents: $630

7 Tents: $725

8 Tents: $820

9 Tents: $915

10 Tents: $1010

11 Tents: $1105

12 Tents: $1200

Set up and Take down included in the pricing.

All Packages are subject to 6% VA Tax.

Delivery is included in rental price unless one way mileage exceeds 3 miles from 22079. Additional fees will apply for delivery outside this radius.

50% deposit is required to hold the date. We also ask for a $100 additional damage deposit which will be returned to you once all items are picked up and returned in original condition after the party.

Remaining Balance due 14 days prior to event.

Custom Tent Party Themes additional $150

Optional Add on: Yard Sign rental from My Yard Greetings for an additional at $100

How it works - My Tent Parties

BEFORE THE EVENT

WEEK OF THE EVENT

Pick your tent sleepover party date
Pick your teepee sleepover package & theme
Fill out the order form with all your details
Once the order form is received, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the details and/or ask for any additional information we might need.
Once everything is agreed upon, we will send you a request for a 50% deposit plus a $100 refundable damage deposit. The $100 Deposit will be returned to you after the rental equipment has been picked up in original condition after the event

WEEK OF THE EVENT

A few days before the party, we will re-confirm your set up time.
Please move any furniture from the set up area.
We need approximately 4ft x 6ft for each party tent.
Please email or text us a picture of the set up party area for planning purposes

DAY OF EVENT

We will arrive at your home 3-4 hours before your party to set up.

Setup takes approximately 2-3 hours depending on the size of the party.
The sleepover area needs to be clear of furniture and ready to be set up.
Our pillows are only decorative, we please ask that the guests bring their own sleeping pillows (for sanitary reasons).
Once everything is set up, we will confirm a pick up time the next day.

FEW NOTES

DAY OF EVENT

All bedding, pillow covers and tent covers are thouroughly inspected and fully cleaned and sanitized using hypoallergenic, dye-free detergent after every use. Mattresses, cushions, and other decorative items are disinfected and spot cleaned after every use.
You will be billed for any damages, stains or missing items.
We do not service Smoking homes.
If your home has pets, please secure them and please do not allow them in the set up area.
Animals are not allowed on the bedding due to allergy concerns.
We recommend booking at least 4 weeks out as dates and quantities are limited.
